Hi.

I signed up for the 30 days free trail, but after my sign-up i received an email that told me to go sign-in.
Then i was asked for my secret password, i went back to the email to see if it should be in that - saw that i needed to download my emergency kit to get the secret code. Clicked the link to download my emergency kit, and was asked to sign-in with both my personal code and the secret code.

WHAT TO DO?

    Hi @oliverbay

    If you did not download your Emergency Kit during the setup process, and don’t otherwise have your Secret Key recorded, you’d need to start over. Our sales team can help with that. Please reach out to them at sales@1password.com and post the support ID you get here.
