Restarting Account - MasterPassword Forgotten

I'm trying to have my 1Password account reset. I can't remember my MasterPassword (minimal data loss, just starting).
I emailed support and received this ticket #WUB-35723-654.

Is someone able to reset this for me?

    You will definitely get a reply from AgileBits, but they go from earliest to latest request, and can be slow because of a large number of current requests.

    My understanding (which could be wrong, I am a user, not a staff member) is that, as a matter of security, they don't directly reset the account themselves but they have a structured method of working with you to reset it.

    Hello @JustinDMoore,

    @danco is correct, we do not reset accounts ourselves. We have no access to user data, as everything on your account is encrypted by your master password (which only you have!). It's one of the reasons why 1Password is so secure, even we can't access your data.

    It looks like your ticket was answered, and we're working with you to get you back up and running!
