Is no notice given prior to charging a customer upon renewal? I didn’t receive anything and would have happily renewed anyway but I would have appreciated some prior notice.

    Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry for the confusion. When you setup billing, that includes the date and amount you will be charged, and you can also view your invoice at any time in your account:
