Sync not working even though I receive positive confirmation

Hi!

Dropbox shows Dropbox path utilising 1Password (1).agilekeychain.
Android Samsung S7 presents /1Password (1).agilekeychain

PROBLEM:
Android app shows - 1,457 items
Macbook 1Password 6 Version 6.8.9 (689001) shows - 1495 items

AND

Password on Android --now I've changed it 30 minutes ago-- and Macbook app is different.

Meaning, it's clear synchronisation is not right - even though both devices report successful snyc.

Why is this please?

This guide has all of the collective knowledge from our team in terms of troubleshooting issues with Dropbox. If I had to guess, off hand, I'd say the most common problem that would be associated with a description like this is that the Dropbox application is not running on the Mac. But there are a number of other things that it could be too, which are outlined in that guide. Please let me know how you make out.

I made a silly mistake, and hadn't ensured DB app running on Mac.

Guide did the trick - ta very much....
