How to save and update passwords/accounts in new Safari iOS 12

Hey guys, in past safari asked me to store passwords, once it recognizes a new one or an update. But how does this happen when using 1Password? It’s not proposing new passwords, it doesn’t recognize new or updates like safari does. How to use that?

I’ll check with the development team to see if that is something we could possibly implement in the future, but as far as I’m aware we don’t have any ability to do this at the moment.
