"Add new one time password" not available on OS X?

I've been trying to migrate over to 1Password and have a strange problem, I cannot find the "Add new one-time password" option on the OS X client for the life of me. Is it supposed to be here? If so, where? Or is it not, and only available on iOS?
It's sitting there plain as day on iOS, but is it not possible on the OS X client? Here's a screenshot of me editing an item.
1Password Version: 7.1.2
Extension Version: 4.7.3
OS Version: 10.13.6

Having come from the iOS app where it defaults to showing the section, it seemed like it was completely missing on OS X.
