Creating login from the ‘’passwords’’ autofill screen does not seem to put it in the vault

Im using ios 12, and have created a couple logins using the screen that comes up when you click on the password field in a webpage. These logins are only available from that same ‘’Passwords” screen and do not end up in the vault through the app. Using a standalone vault, iPad pro and keyboard.

Edit: was set to save in another vault.
