Can’t select family plan on the IOS app

Hello

I have downloaded the 1Password app on my iPad. I have not yet selected a subscription.

In settings > 1Password accounts > my account > subscription status it says trial mode

Under that is an option to subscribe for $5.99 AUD

I would like to choose the annual family option, but it isn’t there.

When I view the app in the App Store, monthly and yearly options are listed under the subscription header, and I can click on those to be given the monthly/yearly choice in the app

Also in the App Store, under in app purchases, are monthly and yearly options for a family plan, I just can’t find a way to select them in the app.

    It sounds as though you currently have an individual membership. It is possible to upgrade this membership to 1Password Families, but not through Apple’s system. To upgrade to 1Password Families you’d need to switch to our billing system. Please reach out to our sales team at sales@1password.com for further instructions.
