Can't access account

I have been using 1Password for years, but was using Dropbox sync. 2 weeks ago moved everything over to an online account and updated to 1Password 7. I recently got a new iPhone, loaded the app and wasn't able to log into my account. I was able to use the fingerprint reader on my Mac for a while, but now that has stopped. I cannot log into the site with my master password, and I don't have my Security Key.

I appear to be stuck...
