lost password and now touch access has disappeared - can this be recovered

I lost my password but could still access with touch ID .... then when I was trying to remember/recover my password the touch access disappeared! Can I retrieve this so at least I can export the data??

    Welcome to the forum, @andreep53! I'm sorry for the trouble. Touch ID is a convenience feature, but it cannot replace your Master Password. If you've forgotten your Master Password, you'll need to try the steps in this guide to see if you can remember or recover it. Let us know how that works for you.
