iOS won't sync with iCloud

I purchased 1Password 6 for my MacBook that syncs with iCloud. It is perpetual account, not membership account. Now I am trying to sync it with iCloud on my iPhone, I get error message (CKErrorDomain error 3.)
Please assist.
