Switching to Team from Family - missing user/member

I have just switched to Team from a Family account and while under the "People" section of my account there is no one, when I try to invite a team member (who was part of my previous Family account) using their eMail address, I get the message that such user already exists. Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong, if anything, and how can I migrate a previous "Family member" as a "Team member"? Thank you.
