Labels and Tags

What’s difference between Labels and Tags?
I didn’t find a tip about using them on KB.
The 1P app for Windows lists all the created Tags on the left pane.
But it doesn’t list labels. Are labels searchable as well?

Thanks for writing in.

You can add custom fields to your items and custom fields have two parts to it; the field label and the field value. Labels are the name you choose for your own custom fields while values are what you want each custom field to have.

So, if you want to add a pin code to your Login item, you can add a new custom password field; give it a label of PIN and the pin code in the value field.

Custom fields are searchable, yes.
