How do I stop the payment for my account? I am now part of a family plan.
I am now part of a family plan and do not want to have my individual account. I do not want any more deductions for this service from my account. I started to sign up on my own and didn't complete the process. My daughter then said to me she wanted me on a family plan with her and we are in the process of signing up on that. I am being charged for my individual plan and want to cancel that. How do I do that?
I find this process to get an answer very frustrating.
