Updating to Mojave and also 1Password 7.2.1 - does order matter?

As in the title, I'm preparing to do both updates. I'd prefer to do one, test that everything is working, and then update the other. Is this possible (can one work without the other), and if so, is there a preferred order? I am already running Safari 12.0 on a MacBook Air.

    The order does not matter. Though you should run 1Password 7.2 or later for the best Mojave support.
