Firefox plugins not working, reinstall baits for password X without stating no need.
My wife was trying to get the plugin re-installed for her browser and accidentally purchased ver X. Can't seem to get either working now. Don't want X. Just want the main ver 7 to work.

Hello @photopilot,
If a 1Password account has been created and you really don't want it then its worth noting that they start with a 30 day trial so there is time to cancel.
You will find that our "Downloads - 1Password" page just below the first download link will display options for two extensions. 1Password X is on the left and the companion extension is available on the right. If you remove the 1Password X extension and install the companion one (titled 1Password extension on the page) that should connect to the working copy of 1Password on the machine.
