Lost two factor auth and need a reset

I recently received a new work laptop and also replaced my phone. I forgot to update Authenticator on my phone and now I am unable to log in to the 1Password website. I don't currently have access to my old work laptop.

Is it possible to temporarily disable two factor authentication?
