Items added from 1Password iOS app always disappear.

I am a 1Password.com subscriber. I cannot add any item from the 1Password installed on my iPhone. Whenever, I try to add an item from my 1Password app, it disappear immediately after I have pressed the "Done" button. My current work around is to use the 1Password web app to add the item and let it sync to my iPhone. It is very inconvenient.

    It sounds like you're saving items to a vault you've hidden from the All Vaults view. Have you checked that (Settings > Vaults > All Vaults)?
