I have my user name and password but my macbook pro died and I dont have any secret codes... help! I'm trying to sign in on my samsung s7

You can follow the instructions found here to find your secret key. This will work if you have access to any 1Password app or if you have logged into the 1Password website in the past.

If that doesn't work for you please open a ticket so we can take a closer look and help you get back to using 1Password as normal.
