Can't login on iPad app

Hello! When I try and login on my iPad app, I get an error saying my details are incorrect - check email address and password. But when I use the exact same details I can login to the website and use my android app. I've tried scanning my QR code and keying in my key and neither work. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling and no difference so far. Thanks!

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please double check your sign-in address? In most cases it should be https://my.1password.com. Also could you please let us know the specific version of 1Password for iOS you're using? It can be found on the Settings tab of 1Password, toward the bottom.

    Ben! Thank you! The sign in address I believe was incorrect - it had changed to the first part of my email address then .1password.com instead of "my". Problem solved - thanks again and thanks for a great product 😄
