Can not open when transferred to new Iphone Xs

I have a standalone version, which is backup to ICloud, on both my iPhone and Ipad. When I upgraded my phone, the app installed but would not let me open with my username/password. It asks for a sign-in address, your secret key, email, and password. I did not have a secret key, nor sign-in address. Before I just used my username and password. As I understand it, the old standalone versions you do not have a secret key. Yet it will not proceed unless I input it. All my apps were up to date as of Tuesday.
Any idea what I might be doing wrong or how to get my data to open? Thanks for any advice. By the way, I am not a guru, so please try to keep it simple. Thanks.

    Hi @SandraPO,

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Instead of selecting the option to sign in to a 1Password.com account from the welcome screen please scroll down and select the iCloud option.
