Autofill putting incorrect info into forms

Hello. I have been using 1Pass to fill in credit card info on checkouts. It has been working for me for months. Today the autofill is now putting the City name of my CC info into the Zipcode and Phone number fields. I've never used the autofill for the address, just the cc info -- but the address is saved in 1Pass. The info is correct in 1Pass.
I'm using the Chrome extension. v 1.12.3

Thanks for reporting this issue. I have notified the developers and we will get a fix out ASAP.

Meanwhile, using the Popup menu to fill your item will properly fill all necessary fields on https://shop.thetruthaboutcancer.com.
