@mpb: To subscribe to 1Password Families through iTunes/Apple, you would need to have selected the 1Password Families option during signup. It is not possible to change account types within their system. If you send an email to sales@1password.com and post the Support ID you receive here, we can walk you through switching over to billing through the website so you can change your account type and manage billing there.
