adding family member migration data

I'm very confused.

First off, I think I need to remove a family member and try to add them again. For some reason they are only able to enter my master password instead of theirs so they are only accessing my vaults instead of their vaults. Something got messed up there and I just need to start from the beginning. How do I remove that family member so I can invite them again and start the process all over again?

Second, once they have their account set up under the family plan, how do I migrate their date from the 1Password 6 to the family plan under 1Password 7?

  • I figured out how to delete the family member. The issue I'm having now, before I can even deal with the migration, is that when I try to enter my wife's master password to set up her vault within the family plan, it won't work. Only my master password works.

    Hi @skorg264

    That would indicate that you're entering your email address and Secret Key instead of hers. Those items are unique for each family member.
