1Password is not syncing properly

Dear fellow 1Password users,

I use the 1password application on my iPhone (7) device and on my desktop (Windows 10).

The following problems keeps occurring: My 1password application doesn't sync propperly between my iPhone applicatie and Windows application. So logins and password that I have on my mobile application won't appear in my desktop application.

How do I fix this? Is there a setting that I haved missed or is there some button I need to activate when I make a new login and password?

I have the newest version of the application installed on iPhone and Windows.

P.S. I am not a native speaker. I am sorry for my grammar :)

    @Ninob: No worries. I don't know if you've noticed, but grammar doesn't seem to have much importance on the internet -- and yours is good anyway! ;)

    Anyway, it sounds like you may not have your devices syncing with the same thing. Can you tell me the sync method you're using, and the OS and 1Password versions you have on all of your devices?
