Only a few items show up until 1Password IOS is restarted.

Temporary panic! My wife used Touch ID to log into 1Password on her iPhone 6 and asked me why just a few of her password items were showing. She had all vaults selected. We closed the 1Password app and restarted it. She logged back in, and everything was there.

My first thought was that the app had to sync with the cloud, but that doesn't seem correct. Aren't all her passwords supposed to be stored locally?

She's been a hard sell on using 1Password and so this hiccup hasn't helped.

Ideas on what was going on?

    Was your wife viewing the All Items category within All Vaults? Please let me know.

    Hi, Ben,

    Good question. I'm not sure. And she doesn't remember. After further review I think we were looking under "Organize" instead of "categories". I guess Organize just shows tagged items, and she has few tagged. Now we know.
