ios10 iPad unable to add account

Hi

I have an iPad running ios10 (this is the latest version available for this ipad). When I try to add my 1password account it keeps telling me to check my email and secret key. However both these details are correct, I scanned the QR code and double checked. Please advice what the issue is. I was able to setup the app on my iPhone X with no problems.

    @simonallen: If you have a newer 1Password Families account, they are not supported in outdated versions of the apps. It may be something we can find a workaround for on the server side in the future, but for now it does not work. Alternatively, if you have two-factor authentication enabled for your account, you will not be able to sign in with an outdated version of the app. It just doesn't have any way to work with newer features we've added since it was discontinued. Sorry. :(
