Exact URL matching

Will this ever be coming? Let's say I have:
http://www.example.com/sub-service1
http://www.example.com/sub-service2
and both are two different logins wouldn't it be smart that 1P knows which login to use for which URL? This must be possible and would speed up the work flow for many of your users. How can this not exist?
Tested in Chromium and Firefox, both latest stabel builds.
Other threads dealing with this problem:

I'm sure there are more...

http://www.example.com/sub-service2

Right now, as you are aware, 1Password will list all available Logins for the domain you are on.
Using the keyboard shortcut will fill (and optionally submit) the Login if you have Logins for multiple subdomains stored and only one is an exact match. This is what we call "single-stroke login".
There is no provision at this time for URL matching beyond the the domain and subdomain level.
This is something we have been evaluating and are always tweaking. I'll pass your vote for this along to the developers.0 -
I read your message several times and I'm still not sure I understand. So back to my example:
http://www.example.com/sub-service1
http://www.example.com/sub-service2
Should my keyboard login then auto-submit if I have one login for each URL? I have automatic sending set to Always, but when I am on e.g. .../sub-service1 and hit my keyboard short 1P brings up both logins and I have to make a choice although one login perfectly fits only one url.
So now is it possible to have 1P auto-login for each of the urls?
Also for whatever obscure reasons (somehow ip.board brings some trouble lately as it seems) I can not subscribe to this thread here.0 -

No, because "single-stroke login" functions on different subdomains not paths.
If the two URLs were…
http://sub-service1.example.com/
http://sub-service2.example.com/
…then it would work.
As I mentioned above, there is no provision at this time for URL matching beyond the the domain and subdomain level. The domain (and subdomain when using the keyboard shortcut) are all that are matched.0 -
I have problems understanding, why this is not a feature. Who would not benefit of an optional box "Enable exact URL match"? That would not be intrusive, wouldn't break anything for existing users but be a great enhancement for people that want to work fast.
Also, I still can't subscribe to this thread.0 -
Again: "This is something we have been evaluating and are always tweaking. I'll pass your vote for this along to the developers."
Thans for your feedback. Regarding subscribing to the thread, could you create a thread for the issue in the lounge? I'd love to get some more details from you, but the browser extension forum isn't really the place.0
