upgrade subscription from personal to business when billing is through itunes

I want to upgrade my membership but the help steps say to go to billing and the select business - however my billing is through itunes (I dont need it to be) and I dont get this option and cannot find a way to upgrade!

    Welcome to the forum, @nigel_f2! You're correct -- the Mac App Store payment mechanism doesn't provide a simple way to switch account types. Please shoot us an email at [email protected] from the email you used to register for the 1Password account and include a link to this thread; let my colleagues know you'd like to switch to direct billing for a 1Password Business account.
