Secret Key?

My son downloaded the 1Password app for me on my IPhone. We set up the password but I have no recollection of setting up a 'Secret Key'. I am trying to set up the app on my desktop Windows 10 and can't log in because it prompts me for this secret key - which I don't have

    It sounds like you're maybe not using 1Password with a 1Password account on your iPhone.
    I'd be happy to help you setup your iPhone and your Windows 10 computer to work together, which is easiest when using a 1Password account as it takes care of the syncing and backups for you.
