syncing not current

in 1Password 7 for Windows

so much for automatic syncing. i changed items on one machine over 3 hours ago, and now as a test checked on the 2nd machine. the data base still hasn't shown the changed items. i thought the syncing was supposed to be current. that is why it takes so long for 1password to initiate when i call it up. DAH! the sync is part of the reason i decided to try the vault/cloud rather than stand alone. if you can't keep the sync constant, and still have the delay, well.

    The best way to track down sync issues is to look at some diagnostics. To that end, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from the PC where you made that change:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)

    Don't post your diagnostics here (this is a public forum), but do attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com and include You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number.  If you post that here, that will help me track it down and get back to you ASAP.
