Can't get passed the 'Welcome' page--all options in File, etc are greyed out

I have Maverick and newest 1Password. I purchased from iTunes. When I open the app all I get is the welcome page. There are no options to run this thing. What should I do?

    I'm sorry you're off to a bit of a slow start with 1Password 4. It might just need a nudge to finish the setup. :)

    Does the welcome page you're seeing have the Awesome! Let's Get Started button in the bottom right corner? After clicking it you'll be able to continue with the setup, which has instructions here:
