Hello,

We have two Macs set up with a shared remote drive (not dropbox) and an agilekeychain stored with in it. Changes made by either of the Macs to the same Vault are not propagating to each other, although both Macs have loaded the same Vault.

Is there anything I may have overlooked?

    Hi @seamer,

    I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble keeping your Macs in sync. As long as both computers are continually connected to the drive, you shouldn't see a problem. We are, however, currently tracking a bug where 1Password can lose sync permissions after a system re-start. If you purchased 1Password from the Mac App Store, please take a look through the post here for details. The workaround for this is to simply re-set sync after you re-start your computer, and that should get things working again.

    The good news is that this bug has already been squashed by the developers and you should see an update soon that fixes it.

    Please let me know if you are still not syncing after re-setting sync, and we'll investigate further :)
