1Password 3 on Mac and 1Password 4 on iPhone4?

I have 1Password 3 on my Mac and I want to installe 1Password on my iPhone. It's an iPhone 4 with iOS 7 installed. Will I be able to install and sync 1Password 4 for iOS?

    Yes, you can sync 1Password 3 for Mac and 1Password 4 for iOS using Dropbox.

    Even on an iPhone 4? I had heard that 1Password 4 for iOS was optimized for iPhone 5, but I don't know what that means exactly. I don't want to find out that it doesn't work all the way, or that my phone is going to get phased out soon.

    1Password 4 for iOS was optimized for the iPhone 5, but it will work on any devices capable of using iOS6+. :)
