one of my bank's login will not work [resolved, multi-page login]

Here's what I have attempted:
1. entered my account number on the login page
2. without saving, I submitted that and cleared the question/answer to verify computer
3. started over to bypass the question/answer and
4. entered my account number on the login page
5. without saving, I submitted that and went to the password page
6. with the username prefilled, I entered password, then submitted
7. 1PW asked me to save so I did, however when I look at the record it created, my password field shows my account number and the username is not there.
