Unable to login to Dropbox

Hi all,

I have a problem logging into Dropbox for syncing from my IOS devices. Syncing to Dropbox from my Macs works okay. On the IOS devices I keep getting an error message "Login failed. Please make sure email and password are correct. Error (null)", although the login details are correct.

However, when I login to the Dropbox website directly with the same details on my IOS devices it works fine.

Any ideas why this doesn't work are greatly appreciated.

  • Do you have the iOS Dropbox application installed? I do and haven't had any trouble, so I thought I'd mention it. No insult intended.

  • Yes I have. I have the app installed and running on both devices.

    1PW flatly refuses to log me in.

    It's a pain in the neck.

  • Just for the records: It wasn't 1PWs fault. I was using the old version. Sorry, my fault.
