4.5b44: non localizable strings

Hi All,

It looks like the new beta still has a few strings that are not localizable (at least, they don't show up in the localization project): The most visible one is "Authenticating" when you just entered your master password.
I suspect it's a known issue, but I thought I had to mention it nonetheless…

    Other non-localizable strings: in the Security preferences, you have three descriptions for the different settings and only one is localized.
