Missing delete button when editing notes

Is this bug reproducible? Yes
Which devices did this bug appear on and is it reproducible on any devices? iPhone 5 (7.1) but haven't tested on other devices.
A quick summary of the bug: When I press edit inside a secured note, there is no "delete" button at the bottom of the note, hence, cannot delete note.

    I see you found the forums, good stuff! We've already got this one fixed internally so you should see it in an upcoming beta.
