Backup Failed Error Message
I'm getting error message "Database Backup Failed - the 1Password Database could not be backed up. Database exists but is invalid. One or more keys files may be missing." I tried restarting with the 1Password Mini, but continue to get this error message. What can I do to solve this problem?

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. I'd like to take a closer look at your system to see just where things are getting tangled up. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
