Browser extension won't fill in custom fields

In 1Password for OSX, for an AWS login, I've created a custom field called "account" (the same as the label & form field name) on an AWS custom signin page, but when I use the 1Pw Chrome extension to log in, it fills in my username twice, rather than the account name, the username, and the password. Any idea why?

    If you haven't tried already try re-creating and saving the login manually. If that's not working do post back and someone will come along with more help.
