Login problems in specific website. [moved to email]

One of my login behaves strange .
First , disappear from favorites.

Now , after auto submit sometimes the login succeed and sometimes not !
I've tried :
Disable auto submit and press return manually.
In 1P help menu, refresh data base.
Didn't help.
BUT sometimes work OK.
In addition, :
Edit and rename the login as xxxOLD ,
Access again to the website login adress , fill the same login details and save as a new login.
Delete the xxxOLD login.
All these without able to fix the issu.
The only procedure that able me to access the website is after deleting the login deatails ( username and password ) and copy / paste these deatails manually ( from 1P ).
The website support didn't find any issu in there database.
These issues appears with 1Password in my OS X and iOS versions.
These issues appears lately - only a few days ago.
Other logins seems to be fine.
Any help will be appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble here! It sounds like you've gotten a good start on troubleshooting though - thanks for trying to Save a New Login Manually first. :)

    Could you please include the URL that is misbehaving for you? This will allow us to do some testing and hopefully determine where things are getting tangled up.

    Thanks for sending the URL along! I've created a new Login manually using these steps: Save a New Login Manually, and my details filled and submitted correctly.

    Could you please try to save a new version of the Login one more time?

    Still the same problem,
    First login OK and after logout and log in again failed .
    Please try login on /off few times ...
    I can send you the log ...

    Hi @ronen,

    Let's try this. I've exported the test Login that works for me: UnionBank.1pif. Please add this to your database and see if it fills the demo data correctly. If it does, please edit the details to include your actual username and password. This should behave properly for you!

    So sorry about that! Please download the linked file, then in 1Password select File > Import and find the Unionbank.1pif file in your Downloads folder. :)

    Hi @ronen,

    Thanks for testing that. Could you tell me if the screenshot of the website shows filling with my demo data or your real data? Because the data I sent you is test data, and not a real username and password combination, it would of course fail to log in. But that screenshot shows that the fields were filled and submitted.

    Did you do the test with my demo data, or after adding your own, correct data?

    The fields were filled and submitted with your Demo data .

    The log in failed as its not real username and password .

    then I've tested with your data but with my correct username and password .
    With no log in ...
    Now the Bank closed me for new log in as to many times i tried to enter ...

    What happened when your filled Megan's login item (edited with your data)? Did both fields fill? Did they appear to fill with the correct values?

    And with the correct values .

    I'm using this website and 1Password's login long time and this issue come in surprise ..

    Didn't change or do anything ...

    Hi .
    I think I know the answer but not the solution .

    When "Saving a new Login manually ", the 1password make a new password instead of what I've filled in the login webpage.

    So new password ( made by 1Password ) is NOT the right Password !!!

    Meaning :

    After doing "Saving a new Login manually" , I see a new UNKNOWN Password in the 1Password data ......

    Hi @ronen,

    Sorry to hear this is still giving your trouble.

    Didn't change or do anything ...

    Something on the site might have changed.

    Please try editing the test item for Union Bank that you got from @Megan‌ and:

    • Change the username and password to your own username and password that you know will work without using 1Password.
    • Change the submit setting to Never submit.

    • Save those changes.

    Then test filling with that item; you will have to manually submit. Don't use the steps for saving a Login manually since that seems to be creating a non-working item for you.

    I did :
    The Login was successful only one time ,
    I've reset Safari and try to Login again with the same 1Password Login and no go ...

    So I'm sending an e-mail

    PS:
    I think that there is a problem with my 1Password !
    Iv'e uninstall safari extension and install again .
    Tried a new website login WITH THE SAME ISSU !
    Once ok , once Not ...
    Other present 1P logins is OK.

    If you copy/paste the correct username and password from 1Password into the web page does that work correctly?

    Don't sure if the union bank is the only one with an issu as a new website also with the same problem.

    **When I copy and paste the username and password from 1password app to union bank manually and press submit ,

    I can log in successfully !!! **
