in 1Password 4 for Windows

I've purchased 1Password 4 for Mac from the Mac App Store, and I've purchased 1Passwords for iOS from the iOS app store. Now I want to purchase 1Password 4 for Windows, and I'm wondering if I have to pay full price or if there is any discount / upgrade option available for me?
