  • Hi @Frank1234‌,

Do you mean how do you restore a .1p4_zip file? Usually, you would use File > Restore. If that does not work, open Preferences, and click the Backup tab. There is a Find Backup button that will let you select the .1p4_zip file and restore it.

    Hi chris,
what I try to explain, sorry for my english :-), PW do a backup somewhere on the mac. I like to change this file, to a another disk for saving the backup.

  • Hi @Frank1234‌,

While you cannot tell 1Password to backup to a different directory, you can certainly copy the .1p4_zip files to another drive (I would copy, not move).

To do that, open 1Password and go to Preferences, then the Backup panel. Click Show Files, and then you can copy the .1p4_zip files to another drive.
