iOS. Login gets locked every three minuts

I just start using 1PW for my iPad. I usually watch instructional videos on my iPad and when i log in via 1PW my login close approximately three minutes in to it. I can hear the video playing on the speakers but screen shows 1PW login screen asking for the password. I can easily log in with my password but it repeats every 3 minutes.

Any one to explain what i am doing wrong?

    Try the following forum discussion. Basically different setting for time to lock is required. There are many other PIN use / do not use and timeout discussions on these forums.
