discount or combination license for desktop users?

I own license for 1Password 3. I was looking to upgrade to 1P4 sometime in the future. I was wondering if there is a discount on the mobile license for existing users? Or a combo license? Windows + Android?

    There was an introduction price if i recall correctly but no combo license, mobile apps are linked to apple/google accounts anyway, you don't input any license number anywhere.

    Your purchase of the premium feature is linked to your Google account and the transaction for the in-app purchase is handled directly by the Play Store. Unfortunately, we are not able to bundle the premium features for Android with 1Password on other platforms using the current model.
