Feature Request: Category to store information about my devices

Hi,
there is one thing I really like to have in 1Password and it's the possibility to save information about my devices in 1Password, e.g.

  • devices type,
  • serial number,
  • date of purchase
  • warranty

Right now, I store these information in a secure note. It works but for me it would be really great to have a dedicated category for this, together with the possibility to add a nice icon and attach a scan of the bill, ...

    Hi @Martinlange,

    Thanks for sending in your request. We have a long list of users requesting various categories and one of the most popular requests is the hardware category to keep track of them.

    We would love to do this in the future, not to mention the possibility of doing custom categories. That way, you don't have to wait for us to add any new ones.

    I'll add your request to our list and we'll see what we can do.
