Domain Matching Entries Disappearing

Hi,

I'm adding 'apple.com' in the upper box of the Domain Matching screen and 'icloud.com' in the lower box but if I hit OK then go back into Domain Matching the entry has disappeared. I'm following the instructions at https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-windows/4/en/topic/logins-tab.

Any suggestions as to why this could be?

    @RogueWolf Here are my steps:

    1. File > Preferences (Ctrl+P) > Logins
    2. Click on: Domain matching
    3. Click on the 1st button labelled "Add"
    4. Enter "apple.com" (no quotes) and press OK
    5. Click on the 2nd button labelled "Add"
    6. Enter "icloud.com" (no quotes) and press OK
    7. Press OK (twice).

@svondutch‌ Thanks for the quick reply. Those are my steps too (see video link, below), but no joy.

@RoqueWolf This is weird. Maybe your domains file is corrupt. My advice is to copy a new one into your vault.

You can download a fresh copy here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1715965/domains

Now let's assume your vault is here:

    C:\Users\RoqueWolf\Dropbox\1Password.agilekeychain

You should copy the domains file into this directory:

    C:\Users\RoqueWolf\Dropbox\Password.agilekeychain\config

    Thanks!

@svondutch‌ Many thanks. I only have two sub-directories in my 1Password.agilekeychain dir; 'a' and 'data'.

Can I create the 'config' dir and save the domains file into it or should there be other files in there?

You might want to repair your vault: File > Repair 1Password Vault

Can I create the 'config' dir and save the domains file into it

    Yes.

Excellent. I repaired the vault (which created a missing AgileKeychain.ico file) then manually created the config directory and saved the domains file into it and that has done the trick.

    Many thanks for your help.
