Second android device on same email account not showing premium as purchased.

I purchased premium on one android device and it is showing as purchased with an unlock date. After downloading and installing v4 on my second device (same GMail account) I find that it shows 30 days Buy Now button. When I select Buy Now and error message pops up that says "You already own this item". Reinstallation does not solve this problem. Buy Now does not go away. Will 1Password expire after 30 days on my second device?
Thanks!

False alarm - rebooting the second device took care of the problem.

  • I'm happy to hear rebooting resolved the issue. Thanks for letting us know.

If anyone else is experiencing a similar problem, please exit 1Password by tapping on the menu button (3 vertical dots on top) and then select Exit. Once 1Password exits, launch 1Password again and then go into Settings > Premium features. This should unlock the premium features if you purchased it before using the same Google account.

Just to add - I had the same problem and rebooting the second device worked for me.

  • Interesting.. thanks for that information. We will test this case thoroughly on our side and see if we are able to reproduce it.
