I see a lot people questioning putting vaults INTO dropbox.
Wondering if Dropbox can survive inside a vault?
I realize i'd have to tell Dropbox app where the files are, and it would have to be unlocked in order sync, but does anybody work this way?
You might get a quicker response at the Dropbox forums to see if anybody have tried moving the Dropbox folder to an encrypted sparsebundle (which is what Knox Vaults are based on) or a secure container.
You can configure Dropbox to move the folder to anywhere you want and also not to launch at startup, which means you have time to mount the vault first before Dropbox starts.
By the way, encrypting your Dropbox folder does not mean that your Dropbox data is encrypted, it's just encrypted on your drive only.
