Check your notification settings.

Once there click the icon in the upper right hand that looks like a person with an arrow beside it. (Under the search box.)
Then click change notification preferences on the left hand pane and modify as you desire. Saving when done.0 -

Okay, that took more investigating than it probably should have.
Go to https://discussions.agilebits.com/profile/edit
From there you should see an option for Notification Preferences, in there you can tweak the settings to what work best for you.
